Kyla Friel Counselling & Consulting's close location to Highway 102 and the Bedford, Larry Uteck, and Hammonds Plains communities makes arriving for evening or weekend sessions easier to coordinate with work and other activities.

Evening --- Wednesdays --- 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Weekend --- Saturdays & Sundays --- 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Daytime --- Tuesdays --- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kyla offers 60-minute counselling sessions for individuals and families.  These confidential sessions provide a safe space to address concerns at clients' pace and to discuss practical approaches for day-to-day balance.  Some clients prefer to reserve 3 or 4 sessions to explore more complex concerns and others prefer to reserve 1 or 2 sessions to briefly 'check in' on their grief or loss process.

$85 per 60-minute session for individuals or families.
Kyla accepts cheque or cash payments. Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance for anticipated missed sessions. Sessions will be rescheduled for the next, nearest convenient time.

Kyla holds communication and session information in the highest ethical practice, in keeping with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists, and appropriate federal and provincial legislation.
